Communication and coordination between the United Nations and the European Union on peace and security is carried out in various institutional dialogue mechanisms.  

UNLOPS supports the organization of the UN-EU Steering Committee on Crisis Management, the UN-EU High Level Political Dialogue, the UN-EU Annual Partnerships Meeting on Conflict Prevention, the UN-EU Leadership Dialogue on Counter-Terrorism, and the UN-NATO Staff Talks.
